Language, Etiquette & Interactions
Communicate confidently, naturally, and respectfully in everyday workplace interactions.
Service Description
A fast-paced, highly practical session designed to dismantle the fear of "saying the wrong thing." This course breaks down the medical versus social models of disability and provides an immediate confidence boost for modern, respectful communication. Participants explore inclusive terminology, learn to navigate everyday workplace interactions naturally, and leave with a downloadable "cheat sheet" of recommended phrasing, micro-behaviours to avoid, and safe-space etiquette rules.
